In the yard, behind a tree,
Hiding, out of sight.
Lurks the evil pachyderm.
They're hard to see at night.
If you squint, you just may catch,
A glimpse of trunk or ear.
Go out there with them if you want,
I'm going to stay in here.

Don't Go Outside
There is a song that Erick sings to me, that goes,
"Don't go outside, Little Socks,
'Cause an Elephant might step on you.
With it's big, fat toes, It will step on your nose,
Then what in the world will you do.
Don't go outside, Little Socks,
'Cause a Monkey might pull on your tail.
That's what Monkeys do, When they're not throwing Poo,
So you need to watch for them as well."
Needless to say, I don't go outside often.
But, I do watch for elephants from my window. They are really good hiders.
